This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and the makers of ZiHu (the “App”), a creative tool that weaves a photo and your written text into a single high-resolution “monument” image. By downloading, installing, or using the App you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ZiHu lets you choose a base photo from your device, type personal text (“memory fragments”), and locally render an image in which your text forms the picture’s pixels. You can browse your creations, zoom into them, and export a stylized “rubbing” through the standard system share sheet. All processing happens entirely on your device.
The App is provided free of charge. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no virtual currency, and no payment features of any kind. We will never ask you to pay inside the App, and no part of the App charges your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. The App requires no account, registration, login, or personal profile. You are responsible for the device on which the App runs.
You retain all ownership of the photos and text you provide (“Your Content”). The App processes Your Content only on your device to produce the rendered image and its rubbing. We do not upload, collect, sell, or share Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use any photo and text you supply.

The App, its design, source code, name, and the orange-gradient visual identity are owned by the App’s makers and are protected by applicable law. This Agreement grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
With your consent the App may access your photo library (to let you pick a base photo) and may ask, via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, to use the device advertising identifier for performance measurement. You can change these choices at any time in the iOS Settings app. Declining does not stop you from using the core features.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any rendered output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Because all data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for your own backups.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. You can also remove all locally stored monuments through Settings → Purge Local Archive. This Agreement remains in effect while you use the App.
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the App or for legal reasons. The current version is always available at this address, with its effective date shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by local mandatory consumer law.
